The Montrose Marlins and the Montrose Community at large are so very, very excited to welcome you to our First Meet in our Brand New Pool!! Please join us for our inaugural swim meet on January 21 and 22nd. We are planning several special treats for the meet and would love if you could be a part of this celebration and our course a fun and fast meet!
Next Sunday AM 1/8 at 8:30 in the CMU Rec Center Room 156, we'll be hosting a Stroke and Turn Clinic for folks interested in considering becoming a USA Swim Official. A clinic usually lasts about 3 hours and is the first step to being part of the best team in Colorado Swimming, a WSL official. Following the clinic, we'll get folks on deck Sunday evening to dip their toes into the actual job and see how great of a team we actually are.
You, as swim coaches and dedicated volunteers are our main conduit to helping support and encourage growth in our ranks. I'm asking for you to personally invite at least two swim parents from each of your teams, that you feel would be interested and engaged as an official, to attend the clinic.
At least 18 years of age

An affinity for wearing white and blue and enjoying hospitality are pluses
